Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the Year 2020
Asia Cement Public Company Limited and Jalaprathan Cement Public Company Limited’ held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the year 2020 on July 20 in order to report the performance in the year 2019 as well as their growth plan in the future. The shareholders' meeting resolved to all agendas as proposed by the Board of Directors. The companies strictly held the meetings in line with the prevention measures toward Covid-19 of the Ministry of Public Health.
