Asia Cement's Pukrang Plant supported to the training, seminar and field trip to enhance the capability of Pukrang Tambon Municipality's community leaders in order that they can apply and transfer knowledge to people in their communities subject to the concept that human development is to make people in communities be better in terms of body, mind and intelligence in order to be sustainably self-reliant.
