Upholding the Book Series on Wild Animals in Thailand

Asia Cement Public Company Limited has proceeded business in line with the sustainable development policy with social responsibility as well as the awareness of impact to environment and natural resources in order to make the best balance on consuming natural resources.

Thailand is one of the world's important lands with biodiversity. There are two forests being declared as the world natural heritage i.e. Thung Yai Naresuan-Huai Kha Khaeng and Dong Phaya Yen-Khao Yai. In addition, there still are many fertile forests scattering over the country.
Last year the company sponsored Seub Nakhasathien Foudation on preparing the "Book Series on Wild Animals in Thailand" to tell about the way of life and stories of wild animals through the perspective of a photographer named Narong Suwannarong who has observed, learned and taken photos of wild animals for several years. We therefore can see the beautiful photos, rare behaviors and stories of wild animals from his direct experience that provides knowledge and insight to students and public in general and makes them to be aware of the value and importance of wild animals. This then creates awareness, love and care to wild animals resulting in the cooperation on natural resources and wild animals conservation in Thailand.
