Faculty of Engineering, Kasetsart University visited Asia Cement, Pukrang Plant
On October 9, 2024 Asia Cement Public Company Limited, Pukrang Plant, led by Mr. Ahmed Mustafa, Plant Manager and the plant team welcomed professors and students from the Faculty of Engineering, Department of Materials Engineering, Kasetsart University to visit and listen to a lecture on the cement production process, products innovation and 2030 sustainability journey, as well as visited the quality control room, laboratory and operation.
The site visit to Asia Cement, Pukrang Plant significantly contributed to the academic and professional development of the Faculty of Engineering students. It provided students the exposure to the plant's machinery, equipment, and technologies thus helping them to understand the latest advancements in cement manufacturing. This experience enhances their professional skills and enables them to apply the knowledge and insights gained in their future careers.
