Standard Training Program for the Truck Drivers

The Logistics and Safety Departments organized a standard training program for truck drivers of Asia Cement and its subsidiaries. The program includes physical tests for all truck drivers and a 6-hour training session covering safety regulations, knowledge, and practices based on the risk from their activities, as well as preventive measures from previous accidents. There are three physical test stations to ensure readiness for work. After passing the exam, truck drivers will receive a certificate to work valid for one year. A total of 1,200 truck drivers from clinker, cement, concrete, raw material, and alternative fuel transportation have to participate in this training program starting from February to June 2025.

This training program complies with the driving safety standards of the Company and ensures that our safety practices can be applied to prevent accidents during transportation activities and on public roads. Additionally, it demonstrates the Company's commitment to prioritizing social responsibility and believes that occupational health and safety are fundamental cultures that contribute to the Company's long-term success.
